REGISTRATION FOR SUNDAY SERVICES

In accordance with Hong Kong Government regulations Cap 599G, we are required to operate at 85% capacity under the Vaccine Pass scheme.

By registering to attend a service you acknowledge that:

YOU CAN SHOW EVIDENCE BY THE LEAVEHOMESAFE APP OF:

  1. VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19 (DEFINED BY THE CURRENT VACCINE PASS REQUIREMENTS) or

  2. A MEDICAL EXEMPTIONor

  3. A RECOVERY RECORD

Please note:

  • Children under the age of 5 years are exempt from vaccination requirements

  • Adults over 65 years are exempt from using the LeaveHomeSafe app and may provide proof of vaccination by alternate means
